Privacy and Cookies
Last updated: 1 September 2026.
In short
- This site is a sales showcase: it takes no payments, hosts no contact form or membership, and collects no comments.
- Visit measurement (Google Analytics 4) runs only if you allow it, which is why you are asked on your first visit. If you do not allow it, the measurement code is not loaded, no measurement cookie is set and no measurement request is sent to Google Analytics.
- There is no advertising, remarketing or profiling tag; the site's own package also contains no third-party font, CDN, embedded video or map.
- The server's technical logs (below) are always kept. You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie choice” button in the page footer.
Data controller
- For this website the data controller is DomainToPortal (domaintoportal.com): the party that operates the site and determines the purposes and means of processing. This text is prepared to meet the disclosure duty under KVKK art. 10.
- Limit of this identity statement: KVKK art. 3/1(ı) defines the data controller as a “natural or legal person”. The line above is the site's brand name; it is neither of those and therefore does not fully satisfy the identity element of art. 10. No unverified legal entity, registered address or registry number has been invented — this is a deliberate and recorded gap. For this reason this text does not claim full regulatory compliance.
- How to reach us: you can send requests under KVKK to info@domaintoportal.com; they are answered within 30 days at the latest, as required by KVKK art. 13.
- The most frequently needed right — withdrawing your consent — requires no application: the “Cookie choice” button in the footer of every measured page stops measurement immediately and deletes the measurement cookies.
Cookies and measurement
- If you allow it, Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-4P349G4M5L) is loaded and first-party measurement cookies are used: _ga and _ga_4P349G4M5L. Their lifetime is 90 days; this is not a legal limit but our voluntary data-minimisation choice, and the period is not extended on each visit.
- If you do not allow it, these cookies are not set and no measurement request is sent to Google Analytics; the default state is rejected. The “Advanced” Consent Mode pattern, which sends a cookieless request before consent, is not used.
- What is measured: page views, first visit and session start, engagement time, reaching about 90% of the page and outbound-link clicks. The site has no internal search, embedded video or downloadable file, so those events do not occur.
- Ad personalisation and Google signals are switched off in code; advertising storage is never granted at any stage. Measurement data is not anonymous, it is pseudonymous — Google Analytics uses a random identifier that distinguishes your browser.
- Unless you allow it, the site package sets no cookie at all.
The consent record
- Your choice — the decision, its date, its expiry date and the consent scope version — is stored in this browser for 12 months in a local record that is not a cookie (technical record name: dtp-riza). Acceptance and refusal are stored for the same period.
- This record is not a cookie and is never sent to a server; it is not used for measurement, advertising or profiling.
- Wording, design or explanatory updates do not reset your choice. Only if the purpose, data categories, provider, recipients or measurement features expand materially does the consent scope version increase and your choice is asked again.
- If your browser blocks local storage (private mode) your choice cannot be recorded in a provable way; in that case measurement does not start at all and the accept button stays disabled.
Server access and security logs
- When the site is accessed, standard technical information such as the IP address, access time, requested page, browser or device information and server response code may be processed in the hosting infrastructure in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- These logs are not used for advertising or marketing, no behavioural user profile is built, and the site owner does not feed them into a separate visit-measurement system.
- No aggregated visit counting is performed on the server logs either. If it ever is, a written legitimate-interest balancing test will be prepared first and this text will be updated.
- Stated plainly, what is not yet confirmed: the full legal name of the hosting provider, the actual retention period of the server logs and the country or countries in which they are processed have not been verified by us. Uncertain information is not written by guesswork; it will be added here once verified.
Portal previews and external links
- The pages under portal previews are separate bodies of work prepared for other projects and carry no measurement code: the measurement engine is not loaded there, Google Analytics does not run and no consent is requested. This applies both to ready previews and to “in preparation” placeholders.
- The previews may keep their own local preferences (theme, progress and similar); those stay on your device and fall under the texts of the relevant project.
- The purchase buttons take you to the Afternic / GoDaddy listing. No request is sent to that site unless you click a link; when you do, you leave this website and the personal-data, cookie and privacy practices of the opened site are governed by its own texts.
Purposes of processing
- Visit measurement (only with permission): to understand which content is of interest and to improve the site — legal basis: explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1).
- Technical access and security logs: operating the site; ensuring information and system security; detecting errors and outages; preventing unauthorised access and misuse; meeting legal obligations where necessary.
- Correspondence about applications: answering requests under KVKK art. 11 — legal basis: legal obligation.
- If legitimate interest is ever relied on for the server logs, a concrete balancing test will be prepared first; that test has not been prepared yet.
Transfer abroad (KVKK art. 9)
- If you allow measurement, your visit data is transferred to Google and may be processed outside Türkiye in Google's infrastructure. The legal basis for this transfer is your explicit consent.
- We state this plainly: the transfer is regular in nature and the Law requires an additional appropriate safeguard for regular transfers (for example the Board's standard contract); no such contract has been concluded with Google. While this gap persists, the site owner has chosen to run measurement on the basis of explicit consent. For this reason this text does not claim full regulatory compliance.
- If you do not allow it, no transfer takes place at all.
- For the hosting provider and its sub-processors that handle the server access logs, the recipient, role, country and transfer mechanism have not been verified by us.
Retention periods
- Measurement cookies (_ga, _ga_4P349G4M5L): 90 days.
- User and event data on Google Analytics servers: 2 months — this is the GA4 default and has not been increased by us.
- Consent record (dtp-riza): 12 months.
- Server access and security logs: the period is set by the hosting provider; the actual period has not been verified by us.
- Correspondence about KVKK applications: for the periods set by the applicable legislation and any potential dispute.
Your rights and how to reach us
- Under article 11 of Law no. 6698 you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request erasure or destruction where the legal conditions are met; request that correction and erasure be notified to the parties it was transferred to; object to an adverse outcome arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage.
- You may withdraw your permission for measurement at any time, without giving a reason, from the “Cookie choice” button in the footer; when you do, the measurement cookies are deleted and no new measurement request is sent to Google Analytics.
- You can send your applications to info@domaintoportal.com; they are answered within 30 days at the latest.
- Right to complain: in the event of a refusal, an insufficient answer or no answer in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (kvkk.gov.tr). If you visit from the European Economic Area you may contact your own national data protection authority.
How the cookie choice works
- On your first visit three equal options are offered: Yes, measure · No, do not measure · Show details. The three buttons have the same size, colour and weight; the accept button is neither emphasised nor focused in advance.
- The default state is rejected; no measurement request is sent to Google Analytics until you allow it. In the settings panel the measurement category is not pre-ticked.
- You are asked again after 12 months, or if the measurement scope expands materially.
- If this site's pages are displayed inside another page's frame (iframe), the consent banner is not shown and measurement never starts — even if you allowed it earlier.
- Measurement ID: G-4P349G4M5L · consent scope version: analytics-scope-01 — stored together with your choice.
